How do I return an item I bought in a Just Deals Store store?

You can take your item back to any Just Deals Store store.

 

For most items, we accept returns within 90 days after purchase. For the following items, we will only accept returns within 15 days of purchase:

  • Computers
  • Camcorders and digital cameras
  • Digital music players
  • E-tablets and e-readers
  • Portable video players
  • GPS units
  • Video game hardware
  • Pre-paid cell phones and post-paid cell phones

Here's how easy it is to return your item to a Just Deals Store store:

  1. Bring the item you wish to return to the Customer Service desk.
  2. Be sure to also bring all original packing materials and accessories.
  3. If available, bring the receipt that came with the item.

 



No receipt? No problem
We do accept returns without a receipt. You’ll have the option of a cash refund (if the purchase was under $25), a Gift Card for the amount of the purchase (if $25 or over) or an even exchange for the product. As applicable, we follow any manufacturer’s warranties.
