Good Value Protein Shake
The flavor is not great, but it is palatable. The sugar content is okay, 12 grams. Helps me maintain muscle and has some fiber to stay regular. Like I said good value protein, 15 grams for a little over a dollar.

    Good product but dented bottles
    Every bottle had numerous dents as if they collected them from other packages until they had six dented bottles for one package. This is not the first time Ive gotten dented items in my online order. I do not appreciate

    My results 2018.
    I bought this needing all that it offers and the taste isn't bad I love the classic french vanilla High-protein had more than milk offers and I don't eat alot so I am now trying to get healthy without gaining weight on foods but still eating veggies, and fruit, not big on meat and greasy foods no gallbladder so getting healthier is easier when the taste is good no bitter after taste I even stopped soda just maybe one a day. I do enjoy my Almond milk coffee creamer after my Carnation breakfast essential high protein in plastic French vanilla I recommend this to everybody that needs extra protein, calcium, fiber, vitamin and minerals, protein. Thanks for a great drink.They are pricey but worth it hope they lower this price.
